How to Get Started

  1. Book your Menopause Empowerment Session
    This one-time, 60-minute session helps you understand what’s happening in your body and gives you a personalized plan for next steps.

  2. Your $150 session fee is applied to your coaching package
    If you choose to continue with a 3-month or 6-month coaching package, your first session becomes a credit toward your plan.

  3. Choose the package that aligns with your goals
    Together, we’ll decide whether month-to-month, 3 months, or 6 months is the best next step for you.

Every coaching package includes personalized guidance, accountability, and tools based on the 6 Pillars of Midlife Wellness

 

 

Package Price
Single "Menopause Empowerment Session": This is a one time, 60-min coaching session to help you understand what's happening to your body, explore lifestyle changes, discuss treatment options and how to find a menopause specialist/advocate for yourself with a physician, and get a clear, confident plan for your next steps. Walk away informed, empowered, and supported. If you decide to move forward with ongoing coaching, this session cost will be deducted from your plan. $150
Month-to-Month Plan: Perfect if you want flexibility and ongoing suport without a long term commitment. It includes (2) 60 min sessions, 4 week strength training program tailored to you, messaging support between sessions, personalized action plans and resources. $320/mo
3-Month Reset Package: Ideal for women ready to focus, gain momentum, and make meaningful changes. Includes (7) 60 min sessions, a new 4 week strength training program each month, messaging support between sessions, goal tracking, symptom support, and tailored strategies. $1,050
6-Month Transformation Package: Best for deep, sustained change with consistent guidance and accountability. Includes (15) 60 min sessions, a new 4 week strength training program each month focusing on progressive overload, ongoing messaging support, longer-term planning, progress tracking, and personalized action plans and resources. $2,250

Can I use insurance for my sessions?

No—while I’m a licensed occupational therapist in Pennsylvania, these are coaching sessions only, not occupational therapy or other healthcare services. Coaching is educational, collaborative, and focused on well-being, lifestyle strategies, and symptom management. It is not covered by insurance and does not replace medical, mental health, or OT care. Clients are encouraged to consult their own healthcare providers for any health concerns.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Some clients may be able to use an HSA or FSA, depending on their individual plan and whether it allows reimbursement for health or wellness coaching. I recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility. I can provide documentation to support your claim, but eligibilty depends on your plan. 

How do I know if I'll be reimbursed?

The best way is to call your HSA/FSA administrator and ask about coverage for health coaching/wellness services. 

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

No. I provide education and help you advocate with your healthcare provider, but I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
