As an Occupational Therapist with 20+ years of experience and specialized training in menopause coaching, I help clients see the whole picture — not just the hot flashes, but how menopause impacts sleep, energy, work, relationships, and mood. You don’t have to suffer through this stage of life! I can help you integrate evidence-based lifestyle modifications to improve your quality of life.

Hi, I'm Julie Parana! 

I’m an Occupational Therapist working in adult inpatient rehabilitation for over 20 years. At 42, I underwent a hysterectomy due to adenomyosis. I was reassured by my doctor that since my ovaries were intact, my hormones would not be affected. Very soon after surgery I started to notice brain fog, weight gain, difficulty sleeping, dry skin and mysterious rashes. After several requests, bloodwork was finally ordered that confirmed I was post-menopausal. I began reading everything I could on menopause and researching ways to feel better. I started MHT (menopause hormone therapy) and found relief of some symptoms but needed to make other lifestyle changes in order to start feeling like myself again. I decided I wanted to help other women navigate this stage of life and received my Women’s Health Certification and became a Certified Menopause Coach. I have 200+ continuing education hours specifically in perimenopause/menopause. I am passionate about helping women feel their best in their menopausal years!

3-Month Reset Package: Ideal for women ready to focus, gain momentum, and make meaningful changes. Includes (1) 60 min session per week, a new 4-week strength training program each month, messaging support between sessions, goal tracking, symptom support, and tailored strategies.

 

6-Month Transformation Package: Best for deep, sustained change with consistent guidance and accountability. Includes (1) 60 session per week, a new 4-week strength training program each month focusing on progressive overload, ongoing messaging support, longer-term planning, progress tracking, and personalized action plans and resources.
